Clear, concise floor plans are also included as a guide to the properties layout and proportions. Our descriptions are carefully worded to complement the photography and floor plans, highlighting key features in order to strengthen the appeal of your property.

Digital Marketing

All of our properties are featured on the major online portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation and Vebra.

In addition to exposure on our SLCA website which has been completely rewritten with an emphasis on showcasing our vendors and landlords properties.

Other Media

You will usually find us advertising in local newspapers, using reliable and trusted campaigns.

We produce adaptable full colour brochures in house, mailing these to potential purchasers from across the country. You may have already noticed our highly visible ‘For Sale’ boards.

We have an ever growing list of potential purchasers and consistently match our properties via email, telephone and post

This ensures we are in regular contact with our applicants and they are always up to date with our property register.


SLCA will conduct viewings of your property at pre-approved times.

We prefer to accompany all viewings where possible. Do you need to be present for viewings? This is completely up to you. If you are present we will still accompany the viewing. If not, then it is recommended we hold a key. It is worth noting that most potential purchasers feel more comfortable when the owner is not present.

Selling Fees

Our fees are very simple, 1.25% + VAT of the achieved sale price. .

With no hidden extras for brochures, photography and floor plans. This is on a ‘no sale, no fee’ basis, invoiced upon exchange of contracts and payable in full upon completion.

Energy Performance Certificate

By law an EPC is required to sell your property.

We are able to arrange this document on your behalf at a cost of £75.00.
